VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION

2010 Booth Information

 Booth Furnishings

Booths are 10’x12’, with 8’ high back and side drapes

All drapes are black

bullet

All booths receive 2 chairs, a 2’x8’ plain table

bullet

All booths receive a sign with booth #, vendor and home location (if organizations share a booth and desire additional signage, an additional charge will apply)

bullet

Double and triple wide booths will receive additional chairs and tables.

To submit your application:

Fill out and return the Vendor Application with your deposit check payable to MQN, Inc. for the requested booth size, by May 15, 2010 to the Vendor Co-Chair (the address is listed at the bottom of the application form). Deposit of $150.00 due with applicationBalance due June 15th  (Note: if there is more than one vendor in a booth, only one should submit a form but indicate the information for all organizations involved.)

Applications will be processed and selections made.  Applications received after May 15th will be considered on a space available basis.  Contracts will be issued in early June and are to be returned along with your balance by June 15th.

Please note: An ACTIVE email address is most important.  Vital information concerning your contract and issues pertaining to the show will be communicated in this form.  Do not include an email if you do not use it.
